Ayana Rose Ph.D. (Co-Owner)

Ayana is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, and specialized training as an EMDR practitioner. Her therapeutic approach integrates EMDR to help process past experiences contributing to anxiety and depression, mindfulness practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce overwhelm, and integrative wellness strategies that support mind-body balance through nutrition, movement, and self-care. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, she has dedicated her career to strengthening systems of care and providing guidance through a trauma-informed lens. She is a Applied Practitioner of Functional Medicine for Mental Health and a certified Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Practitioner. Her clinical work is trauma informed, grounded in cultural awareness and a holistic understanding of mental health.

In addition to her clinical and leadership work, Ayana has contributed to media projects focused on mental health awareness. She worked with two families featured on the Oprah Winfrey Network and Discovery Health & Fit series My Mom Is Obsessed, supporting mothers and daughters as they navigated complex relationship dynamics. She also served as the psychologist for the independent film Silent Killer, which explored the stigma surrounding Black men and mental health.
